Staff and location were very good, I had a great experience here. I liked that the room was compact right on queen street bed. I had an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware.

Such great overall experience. The property seemed clean and the room was cozy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved clean bathroom too. Auckland Central Business district won't disappoint you.

Everything was great at this wheelchair accessible hotel. The venue was set in the central position not far from the airport, Queen Street, Queen Street theatres.

Certainly an incredible experience for short stay in Auckland. Fully booked hotel with beautiful rooms and an spectacular location. I got free upgrade and liked it. Staff were obliging, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. Lovely views and nice garden.

Hot breakfast and flawless service. Beds were a little firm, but it was truly an amazing stay. Outstanding staff were ready to help in every way. Unbeatable location, at walking distance from Auckland Town Hall.
Disappointing aspect was very basic bathroom.

Truly memorable stay, perfect place for one night. Excellent view, good bar - everything was spotless. There was plenty of different options for takeout breakfast. Unobtrusive staff and was willing to help. Liked that it was around 4-6 minutes walk from 7062 Sky bus station. Lovely design, brilliant service in the entire hotel.
